Refund policy
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days of confirmation.
RETURNS PERIOD
You may return items purchased from our website within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are undamaged and in their original condition.
RETURNS OUTSIDE THE RETURN PERIOD
Return requests made after 14 days from receipt will not be accepted.
If such goods are sent back to us, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
In such cases, we can return the item to you at your request — shipping costs will apply and must be paid before dispatch.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items may be reduced for reasons such as end-of-season clearance, minor marking, slight damage, or colour variations.
As such, sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and these variations will not be considered faults.
CUSTOM/STANDARD SIZE ORDERS
Personalised or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty, as they are created specifically for you.
Please note any item delivery states over 2 weeks is classed as personalised and they are being ordered for you upon request.
SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are non-refundable for non-faulty items.

For faulty goods, we will reimburse standard return delivery costs (up to £4.99).

If you received free shipping on your original order, the value of this service will be deducted from any refund.
RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNTABILITY
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods until they reach us.
Please ensure all items, packaging, and tags are returned in their original condition.
All returns will be inspected upon receipt. Please avoid causing any damage when trying items on or examining them.
